The corresponding cover section is mounted with a hinged, ornate, loop form carry handle. Internally, the base is finished with a cast flower head - see images. The flask is engraved with the initials of several previous owners of the 18th century and also incorporates the engraved date of "1750" to one panel face. The date "1760" is engraved to the base. Size: overall height, (handle lowered) - 6 1/4" (153mm). Total weight: 621 grams. Condition: Very Good. Signs of genuine age and usage - no repairs. Fine natural colour and patina.
