Description
Of tapering wasted form, cast in copper alloy, (brass) and resting upon an integral raised circular foot. The upper 'bowl' form charcoal pan incorporates three tapering and integrally cast supporting spigots at the rim. One of the original drop handle supporting lugs remains riveted in place below the rim - the lug shows sustained wear to the lower area of the loop - created by the original triangular open-work hinged handle.Internally, the surface shows signs of age and sustained usage.
Size: height: 4 1/16" (119mm), opening outer diameter - 7 1/8" (181mm).
Weight: 995 grams.
Condition: Very Good. Signs of genuine age and usage. No cracks or losses. Natural colour and patina.
