Description
Hand carved and finished sections of dense native hardwood timber. A mitre jointed raised rim surrounds the upper surface. The table is supported by four square in section waisted feet, (an unusual feature - turned supports are generally incorporated).The surface is embellished with polychrome lacquer decoration, incorporating floral and foliate motifs and designs.
Size: overall top dimensions - 11 3/4" (299mm) x 12 1/16" (306mm), height - 5 5/8" (143mm).
Weight - 1205 grams.
Condition: Very Good: Signs of genuine age and usage. No modern repair-work / restoration. Fine natural colour and patina.
