Description

A hand raised and finished high grade silver spirit jigger, of 'double measure' form.
Chiseled and chased geometrics and repeating stylised flower head motifs form decorative bands to both 'bowls', (typical of Malay / Brunei silverware). Finely punched decoration embellishes the remaining surface areas, creating a lustrous appearance.
Image 4, details the Malay Arabic maker's mark incised to the lower area of the small measure bowl.
Height - 3" (76mm).
Weight - 0.87 oz Troy, (27.1grams).
Condition: Very Good. No dents or cracks - no repairs. The decoration remains, "Sharp & Crisp".
