Description

Hand constructed from cast and wrought brass - the receptacle of elliptical form. Hinged lugs to the two extreme are mounted with a chain-link suspension.
Intricate and complex chiseled decoration incorporating finely detailed figures of Qajar appearance are incorporated within within a dense foliate scrollwork ground.
Size: length - 5 1/2" (140mm).
Weight - 461 grams.
Condition - Very Good. Minor surface marks, (associated with genuine age and usage). Natural colour and patina.
