Hand carved and finished from a single section of bamboo root stock. This example takes from a lotus flower and foliate stem. The integral curling stem is skilfully carved to form a tripod support to the 'bowl'. The bowl is embellished with tooled detailing. Height - 2 9/16" (65mm), max width - 4 5/8" (117mm). Weight - 85 grams. Condition - Good. No cracks or chips. Scorched areas to the surface at the base of the bowl. No repairs. Natural colour and patina. Internal Ref: CA 1008
